Located in Oslo, you will report directly to the VP of HR and Internal Communications and be instrumental in coordinating the Höegh talent acquisition strategy globally.

As we expand our HR team, we are on the lookout for a passionate HR Business Partner specialising in Recruitment and HR Analytics. Located in Oslo, you will report directly to the VP of HR and Internal Communications and be instrumental in coordinating the Höegh talent acquisition strategy globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Recruitment Globally: Oversee recruitment operations from attraction and selection to candidate onboarding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leaders and teams, addressing recruitment process recommendations in line with HLNG policies and values.
- Candidate Experience: Oversee the recruitment process ensuring momentum great communication and a positive experience with HLNG for all candidates.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track, analyse and report on key recruitment metrics using data to optimise processes reducing time to hire and ensuring quality of hire.
- Workforce Development: Ensure candidate sourcing is from diverse talent pools to utilise recruitment as a tool to reach our diversity and inclusion targets.
- Industry Trends: Monitor developments in the industry and stay up to date on progressive HR practices, advising on emerging trends. Keep up to date with development of compensation and benefits in the Norwegian market.
- Relationship management: Be responsible for a good partnerships with our recruitment agencies and third party vendors.
About You:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as HR Management, Leadership or Organisational Psychology. You may have recruitment certifications and licenses for candidate screening and testing as part of your professional toolkit. You will also have some knowledge of cross border movements and local labour law.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years as a Recruiter or HR Business Partner with a proven track record within talent acquisition and a preference for working in a global setting.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and a high level of fluency in English in addition to the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
- Technological and numerical proficiency: Experienced with applicant tracking systems eg Easycruit and advanced use of Linked In, Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital platforms.
- Personal Qualities: Solution-driven, flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player. You are assertive and confident in decision-making and have the ability to navigate and prioritise in a constantly evolving environment.
